Key Responsibilities For Client Onboarding Specialist (Finance):
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough account reviews and document verification to facilitate account opening and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, document management tools, and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Industry certifications such as Series 7, Series 63, or CFP

Compensation & Benefits:
