Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):

- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA)
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA macros and pivot tables
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the FP&A Analyst position at EY in Baltimore, Maryland is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
