Position Summary:
As a Remote Compensation Analyst at SoFi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate and benchmark compensation levels
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Administer compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related issues and inquiries
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation matters
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Excellent understanding of compensation principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to focused work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexibility in working hours
- Availability to collaborate with team members across different time zones
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Compensation Analyst position at SoFi is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
