This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home office, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles on Upwork's platform
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote setting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent in a competitive market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection to support video conferencing and online collaboration tools
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones for team meetings and collaboration
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Technical Recruiter position at Upwork is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
