Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote setting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent in a competitive market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Technical Recruiter position at Upwork is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
