Asteria Aerospace Ltd., a full-stack drone technology company and subsidiary of Jio Platforms (Reliance Industries Ltd.), is seeking a highly motivated Legal & Contracts Intern to join its team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

The Legal & Contracts Intern will be crucial in supporting the management of the company's legal documentation and compliance across national and international commercial boundaries:

Contract Management: Draft, review, vet, and finalize a wide range of corporate agreements, including Joint Venture, Software Licensing, NDA, Sales & Supply, and Consultancy agreements.
Compliance & IPR: Identify the need for new company guidelines based on local and international legislation. Specifically handle Intellectual Proprietary Rights (IPR) matters, including prior search, registration, and risk mitigation in contracts.
Legal Research: Maintain a strong understanding of diverse commercial laws, including the Indian Contract Law, Competition Act, IT Act, FDI, and international laws.
Record Keeping: Manage and maintain the contracts repository, tracking the full lifecycle of documents from request through execution.
Reporting: Provide periodic updates on agreement status to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:
