Position Summary

MyCase is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Trainer - SMB Market to join our growing Sales Enablement team. As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to achieve their sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the SMB sales team.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, sales skills training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, workbooks, videos, and online modules.
  • Facilitate live training sessions virtually, utilizing various remote learning tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales methodologies, industry trends, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  • Maintain a library of training resources and materials.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to sales team members, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools and resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in using remote learning tools and technologies, such as Zoom, Slack, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and learning styles.

Technical Requirements

To ensure success in this remote role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
  • Company provided laptop and necessary software.
  • A headset with a microphone for clear communication.
  • Comfortable with working during standard business hours within the US time zones. Preference given to candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones for optimal collaboration with the sales team.

Desired Skills

  • Experience using sales enablement platforms.
  • Certification in sales training or coaching.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote position is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. MyCase offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
