Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fully remote position focused on acquiring new clients within the Small to Medium Business (SMB) market. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for White & Case’s suite of legal solutions. You will leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of the legal industry to build strong relationships with prospective clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling to the SMB market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in the United States and have the legal right to work in the United States.

Technical Requirements

To ensure optimal performance in this fully remote role, the following technical requirements must be met:

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote Enterprise Sales Executive - SMB Market position is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range includes base salary and potential commission earnings.
