Wysa, a leading technology firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary Intern to join their legal and compliance team for a substantial 7-month, full-time, Work From Home (WFH) internship.
This paid opportunity is perfect for Commerce graduates currently pursuing or recently completed their CS qualification, offering deep exposure to corporate compliance, statutory filings (including RBI's APR/FLA), and global contract management.

Stipend: βΉ20,000 - βΉ23,000 per month
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Commerce, CS student/fresher
Core Roles & Responsibilities
Compliance & Statutory Filings: Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances for all entities. Handle specific RBI filings, including the Annual Performance Report (APR) and Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) returns. Maintain and update the compliance tracker for corporate and Labour Law requirements.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage the review and approval process for Board meeting documents and minutes. Ensure proper documentation of certificates, registers, legal documents, and the asset register. Track and ensure timely renewal of all insurance policies.
Contract & Agreement Management: Review, draft, and finalize contracts and agreements. Maintain a centralized tracker for active and expired client and vendor contracts.
Audit & Internal Controls: Support internal and external audit activities, including ISO compliance documentation. Track and ensure annual compliance for MSME vendors.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory Qualification: Bachelorβs degree in Commerce, currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) or a recent CS completion (fresher).
Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements (MCA, RBI, Labour Law).
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in contract vetting/agreement management.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with compliance or board reporting tools.
