Position Summary

Indiabulls Housing Finance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banker to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis, data analysis, and financial modeling skills, along with a deep understanding of investment banking principles. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to identify investment opportunities, structure deals, and drive financial growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment scenarios and returns.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and assess market trends, risks, and opportunities in the housing finance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute financial transactions.
• Support fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Required Education

A PhD in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

Indiabulls Housing Finance offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $99,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance-based incentives.
