Position Summary

Intertek Group is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our remote legal team. This role focuses on providing expert legal counsel in family law matters, including child custody, divorce, and domestic relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal advocacy, negotiation, and court representation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in family law cases, including child custody, divorce, and spousal support.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case preparation to support client advocacy.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes between parties to achieve favorable resolutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
• Offer compassionate and strategic client counseling to guide them through complex legal processes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive case management.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 13 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on child custody and domestic relations.
• Proven expertise in legal advocacy, negotiation, and court representation.
• Strong analytical and research skills to build compelling legal arguments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and courtroom presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required Education

Others: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
