Position Summary

Required Education

A Post graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

Target offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $106,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, employee discounts, and professional development opportunities.
