Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-house legal team and manage outside counsel

Qualifications & Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant legal experience
- Substantial management experience
- Broad knowledge of corporate law

Education & Certifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent legal education
Appropriate licensure in Arizona or eligibility for admission
