Key Responsibilities For Treasury Operations Specialist:

- Support treasury operations by reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and identifying opportunities to optimize liquidity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Contribute to the development and improvement of treasury processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury operations or cash management within the banking or financial services industry
- Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus
- Experience with automated cash management tools and systems
- Knowledge of international cash management practices and foreign exchange transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits:
