Key Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Required Qualifications:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar tools
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- Experience working in an agile development process
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience in conducting usability testing and user research
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the UI/UX Designer position at Airbnb in Hartford, Connecticut is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
