Key Responsibilities for Employee Relations Specialist:

- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

- SHRM certification or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at Johnson & Johnson in Boston, Massachusetts, is $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
