Key Responsibilities for Controller:

Required Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in leading financial close processes and managing complex accounting operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Controller position at BlackLine in Wilmington, Delaware is $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
