Key Responsibilities For Office Coordinator:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, ensuring a positive and professional welcome.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate the scheduling, setup, and clean-up of company meetings and events.
- Assist in the coordination of office maintenance and repair activities, liaising with building management and vendors as necessary.
- Support administrative staff and departments with project-based work.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Manage office security systems and key distribution.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with office management software, such as SharePoint or Concur.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office budget management.
- Proven track record of improving office processes and efficiency.
- Experience coordinating events or meetings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
