Key Responsibilities For Employee Relations Specialist:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address employee relations trends, develop proactive solutions, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment, foster effective communication, and prevent workplace conflicts through training, coaching, and policy development.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, analyze data to identify patterns or areas for improvement, and generate reports for management review.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or labor relations within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proven track record of conducting thorough investigations, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for resolution.
Desired Skills:
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools for reporting and trend analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at P&G in Denver, Colorado is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
