Position Summary:
As a Remote Product Designer at BetterHelp, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital mental health platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business requirements into impactful design solutions

- Ensure design consistency and quality across all product touchpoints
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in design processes

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in a remote work environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach to design

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with flexible working hours (Pacific Time Zone preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range for Remote Product Designers at BetterHelp: $80,000 - $110,000. In addition, we offer remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding process, and access to top collaboration tools for remote team communication. We also organize virtual team building activities and occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
