Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Develop and implement compensation programs and policies
- Analyze market trends to recommend adjustments to salary ranges
- Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related issues
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation data and trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits practices
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with ergonomic setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Compensation Analyst position at Amwell is $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
