Position Summary:
GitHub is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager to drive our diversity initiatives and foster an inclusive culture across our distributed team. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:
GitHub offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 for the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups, with expenses covered by the company.
