Position Summary:
Headspace is seeking a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Support team. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to our users while working from the comfort of your home. As a Live Chat Agent, you will engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time support via live chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to uninterrupted work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download speed)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in Eastern or Pacific time zones

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Live Chat Agent position at Headspace is $40,000 - $50,000, commensurate with experience.
