Position Summary:
ActiveCampaign is seeking a Remote HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a seamless employee experience in a distributed work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote setting, leveraging their HR expertise to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees.

Required Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 for the Remote HR Coordinator position at ActiveCampaign. In addition to market-rate compensation, we provide remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Travel requirements for occasional team meetups will be communicated in advance.
