Position Summary:
Cerebral is seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Director to join our remote team. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision, conceptualization, and execution of design projects to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to execute design projects from concept to completion
- Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with client goals and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements
- Provide art direction and feedback to team members to elevate design quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in design projects

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience
