Position Summary:
As a Remote Account Manager at Amwell, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This remote role offers the opportunity to work independently while also being an integral part of our distributed sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
- Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our telehealth solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or technology industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility in working hours
- Availability to collaborate with team members across different time zones
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience.
