Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding efforts

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions
