Position Summary:
Better.com is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Art Director to join our dynamic Remote Design & Creative team. As an Art Director, you will lead the visual direction of our brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and innovation across all design projects. This remote role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various marketing campaigns and digital assets
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality visual content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into visually compelling designs
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive design innovation

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in an Art Director role
- Proven track record of creating impactful visual designs for digital platforms
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a remote design team
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools

Technical Requirements:
