Position Summary:
As a Remote Customer Experience Manager at MyFitnessPal, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end customer support journey. This role involves managing a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
