Key Responsibilities for Building Inspector:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties under construction to ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
- Identify and report any deviations from approved plans, specifications, or regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any issues or non-compliance findings.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and advice to construction teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Building Inspector or similar role in the construction industry.
- Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
- Relevant qualifications in building control, construction, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Desired Skills:
- Certification from a recognised professional body, such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Experience using building inspection software or tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
