Key Responsibilities For Payroll Administrator:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies
- Handle payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR team to maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a payroll administrator or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and pension schemes
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- CIPP qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
