Key Responsibilities for Team Administrator:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new team members, including setting up IT equipment and access.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses for team members.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
