Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Performance Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Email Campaigns team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Content Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our email campaigns, providing insights, and making recommendations to optimize content and improve overall campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, content creators, and data scientists, to ensure our email marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and delivering maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze email campaign performance data, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve email content, targeting, and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track email campaign performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and effective email copy and visuals.
  • Work with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to implement and optimize email campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in email marketing and content performance.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively with remote team members.
  • Contribute to the development of email marketing strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and content performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a remote work setting, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this remote role, you will need:

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote Content Performance Marketing Analyst role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
