Position Summary
Pluralsight is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Strategic Account Executive - Account Management to manage and grow a portfolio of our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. This remote role is critical to our continued success, focusing on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the Pluralsight platform. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in account management, strategic selling, and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and Pluralsight's strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the client organization.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and present strategic recommendations.
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date on Pluralsight's products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Must be located in the United States.
Technical Requirements
As a remote employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a suitable home office environment:
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 25 Mbps.
- Reliable computer and headset for virtual meetings.
- Ability to work during standard business hours in your respective time zone (US based).
Pluralsight will provide a home office stipend to help cover the costs of setting up your remote workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this remote position is $140,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a variable compensation plan based on performance.
