Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer - Account Management to join our dynamic remote sales team at HCL Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our existing clients, ensuring their continued success with our solutions. You will work closely with account managers and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand client's business challenges and technical requirements and recommend appropriate HCL Technologies solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of HCL Technologies products and services via web conferencing.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute account plans focused on expanding existing business.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating technical proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and HCL Technologies product offerings.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical account management role.
- Proven track record of success in expanding business within existing accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a productive and successful remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- Company-provided laptop and peripherals (e.g., headset, webcam). A home office stipend may be provided to assist with setting up your workspace.
- Ability to work during standard business hours in the US time zone the work best suits.

Compensation & Benefits
