Position Summary

Fiverr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Digital Strategy team. This is a fully REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As the Digital Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, user acquisition for Fiverr. You will identify, vet, and manage relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms, ensuring campaigns align with our brand values and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with Fiverr’s overall digital strategy and business goals.
  • Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and content relevance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers, ensuring clear expectations, timely delivery of content, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to develop compelling campaign concepts and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, including emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant online conversations to build brand awareness and foster positive relationships with influencers and their followers.
  • Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including various platforms, influencer types, and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience managing influencer marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Must be a resident of the United States and authorized to work in the US.

Technical Requirements

As a fully remote position, the following technical requirements are essential:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum download speed of 50 Mbps, upload speed of 10 Mbps).
  • A modern computer with a webcam and microphone for video conferencing.
  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and project management software.
  • Ability to work during core business hours, with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
