Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our remote team at Siemens AG. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Siemens AG’s strategic goals.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR activities.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Education
A Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid HR role.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with global HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Siemens AG offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $119,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
