Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal direction to executive team and board remotely
- Oversee distributed legal team and external counsel
- Develop and manage legal department budget for remote operations
- Ensure corporate compliance across all jurisdictions with remote workforce
- Stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and legal precedents in your specialized area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive legal experience
- Proven track record in executive leadership of remote teams
- Experience with virtual board-level governance
- Exceptional legal writing skills and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal communication and client relations skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative professional environment
Education & Certifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent legal education
Appropriate licensure in Colorado or eligibility for admission
