Position Summary
Notion is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive - Account Management to join our growing remote Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing Notion customers, driving adoption, and ensuring their success. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. You will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of Notion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Notion accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for expanding their use of Notion.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive adoption of Notion features and functionality through training and support.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Support, and Product, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Accurately forecast revenue and track progress against goals.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for account management.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the US.
- Experience using Notion or similar productivity tools.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote team member, it's important that you have a reliable home office setup to ensure productivity and seamless collaboration with your colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Dedicated Home Office: A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- High-Speed Internet: A stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 25 Mbps.
- Computer Equipment: A modern laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone, and speakers or headset. Notion provides a home office stipend to help cover equipment costs.
- Software: Proficiency in using video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion), and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Time Zone: Must be available to work during core business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PST), with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside of those hours.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this fully remote Account Executive - Account Management position is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and location. Notion offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our remote team members, including:
