Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive - Account Management to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of Robinhood's key accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain and expand existing accounts, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of each account's business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand Robinhood's services within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure client success.
- Develop and execute account management plans to achieve revenue targets and increase customer loyalty.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on Robinhood's products and services.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for remote account management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Must be located in the United States.

Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote working experience, the following technical requirements are essential:

Compensation & Benefits
