Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager - Customer Success to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and proactively providing solutions that deliver value. This role is critical in driving client retention and contributing to the overall success of Boies Schiller.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to align our services with their needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Monitor client usage and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and account activity.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes and strategies.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, including strong self-discipline, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a suitable home office environment.
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
- Computer with sufficient processing power and memory to run required software.
- Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings.
- Boies Schiller will provide a stipend of $500 to assist with setting up your home office.
- Ability to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
Desired Skills
- Experience in the legal industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this remote Account Manager - Customer Success position is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Boies Schiller offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
