Key Responsibilities For Accounts Assistant:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end financial reports
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation as required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Desired Skills:
- CPA certification or working towards it
- Experience with SAP or Oracle financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Accounts Assistant position at Google in Minneapolis, Minnesota is $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
