Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Data Architect - Data Visualization to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a FULLY REMOTE position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights to our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and compelling data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, accessibility, and performance for data visualization solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to understand data visualization needs.
  • Create data models and schemas optimized for data visualization.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization standards and best practices.
  • Present data visualization solutions to stakeholders and provide training on how to use them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization trends and technologies.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and collaboration sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new data visualization projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data visualization and data architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one leading data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Experience with data modeling and database design.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a successful remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Company-provided laptop and peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset).
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings during core business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred, but flexibility is available).
  • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote Analytics Data Architect - Data Visualization position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and location within the USA. Deloitte offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
