Position Summary
Teladoc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analytics Data Visualization Specialist with a passion for Machine Learning to join our growing Data & Analytics team. As a fully remote team member, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable visualizations that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and develop insightful dashboards and reports. You will contribute to machine learning projects by visualizing model performance and insights derived from our data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Translate complex data and analysis into compelling visualizations that tell a story and highlight key insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to visualize machine learning model results, including performance metrics, feature importance, and model predictions.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Contribute to the development of data visualization best practices and standards within Teladoc.
- Explore and evaluate new data visualization tools and techniques to enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area.
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proven track record of successfully working remotely and maintaining productivity.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Dedicated Home Office: A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- High-Speed Internet: Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- Equipment: Teladoc will provide a company laptop and monitor. A stipend will be provided for additional home office equipment.
- Time Zone: Must be available to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
- Communication Tools: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this REMOTE position is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
