Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts, visual designs, and art direction for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and digital teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers and external creative partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design and advertising.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 15 years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or a related creative field.
• Proven expertise in creative leadership, concept development, and visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of advertising, branding, and marketing projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Power Grid Corporation of India offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
