Position Summary
AMP Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Art Teacher to join our remote team. This role involves delivering engaging art instruction to students, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire creativity in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons for students in a remote learning environment.
- Teach various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with AMP Limited’s curriculum standards.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to foster artistic growth.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the art education program.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to facilitate interactive and effective learning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in art instruction, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Proficiency in teaching various art techniques and mediums.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.

Compensation & Benefits
AMP Limited offers a competitive salary range of $64,000 to $83,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
