Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Account Executive - Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand Uber's market presence. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Uber's business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful partnership implementation.
- Monitor partnership performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners.
- Represent Uber at industry events and conferences.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensuring ongoing engagement and growth.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Contribute to the development of Uber's overall partnership strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a productive and seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements are necessary:
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload/download speed of 25 Mbps.
- Reliable computer and headset for virtual meetings and communication.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside of those hours. Our core collaboration hours are between 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
Uber will provide a home office stipend to assist with setting up your remote workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience and location.
