Position Summary

ITC Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT and process enhancements.
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and requirement gathering.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

Required Education

Others: A degree or certification in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise-level software solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

ITC Limited offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $127,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
