Position Summary

Wipro is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager focused on Customer Success to join our expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth within our existing customer base by identifying and developing new opportunities for Wipro’s services and solutions. You will work closely with customer success teams, sales, and delivery teams to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Present Wipro’s value proposition and solution offerings to customers through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Wipro’s service offerings.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay connected with colleagues and enhance knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Technical Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and collaboration in this remote role, the following technical requirements must be met:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Company-provided laptop and necessary software.
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication during virtual meetings.
  • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, with flexibility for occasional meetings outside of standard hours.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote Business Development Manager - Customer Success position is $120,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
