Position Summary
LeanLaw is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Revenue Operations Specialist - New Business to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, improving sales productivity, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on the new business acquisition process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales training programs.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales documentation, including playbooks, templates, and training materials.
- Support the development and implementation of sales compensation plans.
- Actively participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales productivity and revenue growth.
- Must have a dedicated home office space and reliable high-speed internet access.
- Ability to participate in meetings during core business hours (Pacific Time).
Technical Requirements
To thrive in this remote role, you will need:
- A dedicated and quiet home office workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload/download speed of 25 Mbps.
- A computer meeting LeanLaw's minimum specifications (provided upon offer).
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to utilize company-provided security software and protocols.
- Ability to work primarily within Pacific Time business hours, with flexibility as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
