Key Responsibilities for Case Management Supervisor:
- Oversee a team of case managers responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans and services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management interventions and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to case managers in complex cases and challenging situations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or care coordination within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance guidelines, and patient advocacy principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Current RN license or relevant certification preferred
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience with electronic health record systems and case management software
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related credential
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the Los Angeles area
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Case Management Supervisor position at GE HealthCare in Los Angeles, California is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
